John Beierle of Pinnacle Realty Associates was a blessing to our family! We’d been exasperatingly searching for a house in the Highland Lakes NJ community for over a year & a half to no avail!! We found a home that had been on the market for months. John used his extensive real estate experience to put in a lower offer which was accepted. He had us have all of our ducks lined up in a row which included immediate inspections and attorney review. We ended up with a fully renovated home with over 1200 sq ft, new electrical, septic, well and great drainage all on a decent sized, usable piece of property in Highland Lakes. John and our attorney aggressively advocated on our behalf and even got the seller to make minor but important repairs before closing. We knew we weren’t John’s only clients,

Worst company!!! They don't answer email, massage. They will tell you, they accept your offer and next thing you know they give it to someone one alse. And of course they don't tell you, you know because in the listing the property go under contract. It happened by two time!!! Two different properties.

Tammi Brady was an exceptional realtor when it came to my first home purchase last year. As a first time homeowner, I knew absolutely nothing about the process of home buying. Tammi was extremely knowledgeable, and knew all the right people for home inspections, certificates, loans...every little detail she was able to help me understand. She even negotiated me a brand new septic tank...saving me $30,000!!! No BS, just an Incredible agent. I would recommend her to everyone I know. Professional, knowledgeable, and a great woman to have in your corner.

I am extremely unhappy with the service given through this company. My husband and I put an offer in 2 weeks ago, to be told a few days later there are multiple bids on the house and to get our final bid in by 5pm that day. We get everything to Pinnacle in a timely manner and then we are left sitting for 2 weeks wondering. No updates given to our realtor after her follow up calls. Our realtor shared her frustration with this company stating she has left multiple voicemails for follow up -- only to find online that this house is now in attorney review. No phone calls were made to her to advise us that they took another bid. STILL never even returned our realtor's call to confirm. After reading all of the other reviews, receiving the same service, I will steer clear form any properties liste
