I have lived here 5 years. No issues with parking in my own two assigned spots to wake up and see that my boyfriend’s car has been towed overnight for not having a parking permit… in my own assigned spot. Apparently other residents can call in and get your car towed from your own spot. Would have been nice to receive at least one parking permit when I moved in and signed paperwork, but i received NOTHING from pinnacle when I moved in. Including documents on how to make payments, rules, regulations, etc. Don’t bother trying to call them, they’re always out of office and will not return emails either. I’m not exactly sure what I’m paying a monthly fee for when they do nothing besides hire landscaping for the fields that no one uses. Roads are a joke, lines on parking is a joke, abandoned ho

The reviews of gross inadequate services and neglect by posted interviews can only be repeated from my own. The BBB seems to have their hands full with this company. I honestly don't how it yet exists with such a persistent record of incompetence.

IF YOU WERE MORE PERSONABLE Mr. Jeremy and didn't speak down to people or pretend like their points aren't valid. Well maybe you would have a higher rating! With saying that - I have PAID every last HOA PAYMENT for the last 24 years... on time with NO PROBLEMS. All of a sudden everything gets changed, and when i send someone to inquire where to send my payment. Then still get no information. I sent someone because I am legally blind and do not drive. To this current date I still haven't recieved a HOA bill in the mail, however SOMEHOW i MANGE to receive ALL of my other bills on time! Must NOT be a post office problem. I really appreciate you calling a lawyer instead of just emailing me regarding this issue! I might be blind but im not dumb sir.. COMMUNICATION WORKS BOTH WAYS it's key

If there was an option to select -100 stars, i sure would ! It is impossible to speak with anyone: never available on the phone and takes several weeks to respond the email. Collecting money but no service provided!

I have lived in Cromwell since a little kid, I am going on 28 years old and the community is not kid friendly AT ALL. I have little kids that want to go to the playground and I can’t even take them there because it’s been the same playground there for decades! It’s smells like pee and it’s dirty. This is very disappointing because I am a homeowner here. The pool has been the same for years on top of years as well. Do this company even believe in updates at all??? People paying HOA fees for what?? Smh I will have to attend a HOA meeting because this is very sad that not even the little kids can play in their neighborhood at the park, I have to take them to other parks in other communities.
