idiotic people to live next to, every time i went into the hallway i would smell pot, they dont prioritize taking regular care of garbage, whenever scheduled maintenance appliance checks were done your door is UNLOCKED afterwards, they charge $300 for carpet cleaning when theres very little carpet to begin with (also when you dont have pets), and they will charge extra fees when you move out for no reason considering they get nearly $13,000 a year from one bed renters, which is already a rip off for South Dakota. management is rude besides kenzy. they hire very young, immature workers. when i was moving out there was a lady lingering around my apartment and trailer out at the front, claiming shes moving in but shes been here for months. one thing i did appreciate was all the cameras. im o

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you take the time to actually read the reviews you’ll see the only 5 stars they have are from people who toured, not anyone that actually lived there. I’ll start off by saying if you have less than perfect credit, you can expect to pay an extra $100 a month in fees, which they don’t tell you ahead of time, you won’t find that out till you go to sign the lease. Management is a joke, they don’t respond to any complaints you have for days. For example the trash room in our building was left with trash bags to the ceiling and all over the floor. I had sent a message that something needed to be done because the hallways were smelly and you couldn’t even get in the room to bring your trash in. It had to have been weeks since they had the trash

my apartment doesnt even have all of the listed amenities (no range/oven, no laundry, no dishwasher) and it really isnt worth saving $50/month, but i moved in to be close to where i was working at the time. i used to be able to do laundry over at the clubhouse, but other residents keep throwing ragers and staying later than 10pm, so everyone is getting locked down now. i complained that people were parking where there were no parking spots and nothing was done for a month until i posted about it on apartments.com... i also had the urge to see if i could possibly move to another unit to actually have a reasonable amount of space and in-unit perks, but they use an AI auto-responder for all of their emails, so the emails ive sent back and forth during my night shift schedule to the bot pleadi
