Natalie really goes out of her way to welcome clients. She recognized me by my voice ( we only talked once ) and the final steps of my car purchase seamlessly effortless. Amazing experience. I called to ask about getting something notarized. The teller was outstanding. Told me she would wait until I arrived even if after 5pm, was very pleasant and eager to help....and the best...this all was before she even knew if I was a customer. Just as amazing when I got there, and I even heard the other tellers that sounded so pleasant and professional. You just don't find this customer service anymore. A+ Pinnacle Ballantyne!
