Pinnacle at Talega Apartments

I’ve lived at Pinnacle at Talega for just under five years and have had a great experience overall. The community has been well maintained, and it’s been a comfortable place to call home. I’m currently exploring a potential upgrade, and Asher has been incredibly helpful—patiently answering all of my questions and providing clear, thorough information. I really appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism.

3 stars for the apartment complex 5 stars for Asher for his amazing customer service. When I called last week, he promptly answered the phone and was polite, professional and courteous. He is definitely employee of the month and an asset to your company.

I am a single mother paying premium rent at Pinnacle at Talega and what Ive experienced here has been alarming and unacceptable. I had a sewage backup in my bathroom sink due to the building’s plumbing. Because it was Christmas, it took time for maintenance to respond. When they finally did, Essex staff made an error and entered the wrong apartment. Instead of owning the mistake, management told that resident the issue was caused by me and then brought him to my front door to confront me. The neighbor appeared visibly impaired and began filming me inside my apartment while Essex staff stood by. I did not authorize any neighbor involvement and did not even submit anything in the maintenance portal beyond requesting help for a clogged sink. The situation escalated into a hallway altercatio

Not one to post reviews often but when someone goes above and beyond then it is worth a mention and appreciation. Shout out to Asher from maintenance, I was moving in on Tuesday but many of my packages I had delivered arrived a day ahead, I called and asked if they could secure the packages and though he did not guarantee it he did get it done. Thank you Asher.

Are you kidding me? $70 Mandatory fee for community Wi-Fi??? I was strongly considering moving here, but that fee completely turned me off. I work from home and require my own secure, reliable internet. I should not be forced to pay $70 for shared Wi-Fi I didn’t choose, don’t want, and won’t use. Honestly, it’s outrageous and feels like a money grab.
