Pinnacle Apartments

I moved into Pinnacle Apartments on August 30th and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Ali, the leasing agent, made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Unique, the property manager, is incredibly professional and welcoming—she truly makes residents feel at home. And Jade at the concierge desk is an absolute delight. I’m so happy with my new home and the fantastic team here!

Jade and Ali have been exceptional in making my experience at Pinnacle a positive one. The building is peaceful, modern, and full of great amenities and other perks. After having a rough experience at my last residence, it has been an absolute joy to be treated with such care at Pinnacle. I am happy with every aspect of the complex, along with my unit. I lived at the Pinnacle for about a year, and it has been an absolutely phenomenal experience. There should be a WAY higher rating on this place—it looks like most of the negative reviews are from people who never ended up living here. We came in the summer to look at apartments for the fall, and Unique Bryant was beyond accommodating and thorough in making sure we could secure the apartment we wanted at the price-point we were looking for. She is in the office in the lobby ALL the time, which makes it SO easy to discuss and resolve any concerns or questions you have as a tenant. Safety— I've never had a safety concern here. I've run into the concierge early morning and late hours of the night; they're present, attentive, and extremely friendly and helpful (Camille and Ali especially!).

Only commenting on the gym: It does have almost everything you need. No barbell bench but a smith machine which is almost good enough. The real issue is there’s only one bench for weights and there’s no mirrors (safety issue for beginners). Besides that I respect how they’ve used such a small space so effectively, though it’s definitely geared more towards cardio than weights. But cable machine, lat machine, smith machine & weights is enough. One more bench would make me increase my stars. And the weights on the cable machine are labeled incorrectly but it still works so no big deal
