The reason the newest 5 star reviewers is only 5 star with minimal reason is because of the scam theyre running If i could give no stars i would. This company doesnt exist, say goodbye to your deposit once its given no one calls you back or responds to your calls or emails and your apartment is still being advertised for others to fall into their scams as well. They will act as if their on your side but its all an act

Some of these reviews are just absurd. "Not in Business"? Sounds like paid bashers. This is a solid company with a very professional group of folks. The epitome of quality team. An absolute pleasure to deal with in every aspect. Highly recommended.

I dont think this company exist anymore. There are people on craigslist using this telephone number to scam people out of apartment money. They told me i had to zelle the money to reserve the apartment and then they took my money and disappeared. I thought it was legit because it was coming up under this number but they scammed me

Wave goodbye to your security deposit, building managers never return calls, avoid them at all costs. I had a leak for several months and they never did anything to address the problem.

8 months and still haven't got security deposit back. It has been brought to my attention that there are currently 20 other residents from the same building on the outskirts of dumbo in the same situation.
