I just watched this company at the Food Lion in Mount Airy spraying white paint on the handicap spaces in the parking lot. While in itself this is not bad, when cars are parked in the space next to it and the wind is blowing The paint overspray on the cars shows a complete lack of intelligence. If it was my car I would have lost my mind.
