Pinewood Terrace Apartments

Pinewood Terrace Apartment is not for me due to how much Apartments are today. Jennifer who is management will talk with you and assist u with issues. She is a kind lady. Also our handyman does alot for all us who live here.

I do not recommend living in this accommodation. It has been the worst experience I’ve had. The apartments are very old, with outdated appliances, damp conditions, and a heating system that doesn’t work and gives off a terrible smell. The property manager ( Jennifer ) is extremely uncooperative,the worst rude and disrespectful.rarely in the office, often keeps the door shut when present, and ignores maintenance requests. You’re left to deal with serious issues on your own. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Stay away from this place—you deserve better. If there is less than 1 star i will do it

Great place to live and great community. It’s very quiet for an apartment complex and feels more like living in a duplex since you don’t have any neighbors above or below you. Nice private patio space as well. Maintenance and management have been great and promptly responded to and questions or concerns we have had during our time here and always communicate well with residents. The perks of the swimming pool in the summer is great too and that is also well maintained and taken care of. Also pet friendly with plenty of space for dogs to go potty outside, etc.

I just moved in not long ago but so far I really like it here. The pet rent isn’t bad especially since I have two dogs. The apartment is pretty spacious especially compared to most places. Also if there ever is a problem Jennifer is awesome and is always quick to handle any issues. Maintenance is also awesome at getting stuff down in a timely manner. All my neighbors are really nice and there’s a real sense of community here. I also like that this place is in a good area where I can take my dogs on walks frequently. As well as it’s so close to so many activities and stores.

Do not rent from them!!!! It is expensive, management sucks, maintenance never fixes things, the pool is never open and they have so many restrictions as to what you can do. When you first move in they try to make a good impression but as time goes on it’s HORRIBLE. Jennifer is the worst manager. She is never there when she is supposed to be. She is very rude and disrespectful.
