Pinewood Park Apartments

Management here is very rude. The apartments are under renovations and the way that the staff have conducted themself through the process has been the most unprofessional thing I’ve seen. One particular staff member Shay has a nasty attitude and has made the renovation process for tenants moving back in a pain with false information and a disturbing way of treating people maybe if management was different and staff had the attitude it takes and knowledge of how to actually run a rent office instead of a McDonalds drive thru it would be a better place to stay but until then would not recommend.

So I’m back again and we’re still having problems here since the new tenants that are under the programs/section 8 has moved here to this apartment! Lately there’s been teenage boys and adults littering our property and pathways to our apartment units. Smh… I’ve been tracking green dust that were sprinkled everywhere from top to bottom of 700 building. Weed, Cigarette buds all over the place, beer bottles and trash. But they say we have a camera and still nothing has been done but passing out flyers! 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ that doesn’t solve nothing when your not doing your job by finding out who’s doing these things! It’s not my job to be the apartment police get up off your butts and search these units and people yourselves! Seriously this isn’t even supposed to be a smoking complex! So somebody l

POOR & UNPROFESSIONAL Property Management! Seems like corporate just stuck someone in the office to get the position filled after a rotation of property managers quitting! It's obvious that the SAFETY & SECURITY of the Residents doesn't matter! It's been 2 years since the SECURITY GATES worked. However, they spent $5,000 on pool maintenance?! Makes no sense at all! We would prefer SAFETY over pool access! Property Maintenance & Upkeep is NOT A PRIORITY either & that's obvious! The buildings are looking raggedy, stairways, entrance walkways to apartments, & sidewalks are DISGUSTING!!! Residents having to wait for issues to be resolved due to maintenance shifting responsibility on how they are supposed to be renovating. Staff is phenomenal and caring. Friendly neighbors; VERY nice property and amenities. Lots of children- but surprisingly quiet unless you have children that run and jump around their apartment living right above you, lol.
