Pinewood at National Hills Apartments

I looked at a few places in Augusta, but for one reason or another, was not satisfied. However, I unexpectedly came upon Pinewood at National Hills, and I viewed the property, and was impressed. I went to the leasing office, met Joshua, and he made me feel very very comfortable, and he was TOTALLY professional. The first day, I clearly emphasized that I was only looking, not going to guarantee anything. He still took me all around, very professional, as if I was becoming a resident right then! Long story short, I came two more different days, asking to see an apartment once again, and he never refused me, nor gave me any hard time about it. I finally became a tenant! Joshua Newman was very polite and detailed with all details about the property. My husband and I were pretty impressed and convinced that we would probably rent from y’all but got to talking and decided not to move forward but had nothing to do with Joshua Newman at all he was great…….we just realized that it would not be the best commute for our sons school like we thought.

My family and I moved here almost a month ago. The experience so far is more than expected. Everyone is so nice and it's very quiet. Maintenance is prompt and very kind and Josh is such a wonderful person and was hands on through the approval process making it a breeze and less stressful for us. We love it here at pinewood! P.s if your a current resident, we are the ones with the abundance of kids 😂 apologies in advance!

Please don’t let this apartment complex fool you! They have CONSTANT issues in multiple apartment buildings. 1. They hire ANY RANDOM “company” to do their maintenance work. I literally arrived home to see 15 INMATES standing in front of my building. They were doing “lawn maintenance”. Their van wasn’t labeled and they had ONE “security guard.” THIS IS DANGEROUS! My neighbor, a single woman, was afraid to get out of her car to walk into our building. She MOVED soon after. 2. Bugs were an issue as well. Cracks and leaks in windows, doors, and attic. Had to seal them ourselves after complaining for WEEKS! 3. Bathroom: Tub/shower was cracked and they told us it would take a few hours to fix. In actuality, it took 4 DAYS! They hired two separate “companies”. The first one replaced the tub/s

My son and I have lived at Pinewood At National Hills Apartments before, we’re moving back in this weekend. Josh has been so patient and helpful during the application process as well as letting us know what information was needed before the move in, we look forward to another pleasant living experience in the complex.
