Lived here for about 15 months. comfortable apartments with good management in my opinion! Maintenance was always done in a timely matter (only made 2 maintenance requests and one was too take off my AC cover) and Kellie was always easy to reach and made everything easy with her clear communication & was very helpful with any questions I had.

They would not pro rate my rent for moving out in the middle of the month. So I still live in the place till the end of the month. I went in to check on the place to make sure no body broke in and did any damage to the place. They had somebody move in before my month was up. The police were called and the event was documented. They tried to argue that I no longer lived in the apartment and I had to repeat half a dozen times that I rented the place till the end of the month because they would not pro rate me. Long story short when they found out a police report was filed they caved in and worked with me. P.S. They did not even change the locks on the door after they claimed I no longer was a tenant. I gave the key I had to the new tenant with the police present.

More like p.o.s apartments 🤣

Horrible management. Smelly and overpriced.
