Pinetree Apartments

No snow service we all stuck in, we cant go to work even in case of emergency you cant go no where, other neighbor apartment all there lot is done from yesterday because they care about there residents and prepared for it. if you call the office no answer. from 7am we are outside trying to get our vehicles out but we couldn't, now its 1PM nothing done yet, I drive a Tesla i had to clear all the left side to get out toke us an hour to clear it and still got stuck again getting out 2 other guys helped us get the snow away from drive way. the other 2 sides still have the snow accumulated. Now its 3.00PM 1 guy i doing the drive way entrance by shovel not even snow blower or a snow truck to come and get us out this imprisonment, we lost a lot of money because of this lazy ........

( Re-post )they removed my review because it shows the truth and who they are. worst place i lived in, its my second year in this place, last year in the winter same thing no snow services we have to remove the snow our selves from the drive way and sidewalks. the irony they sent email to warn us not to park in the drive or near the dumpster and not to block the snow truck to come and remove the snow but nothing is done even today is the second day after the storm 1 guy came around 3pm to do the driveway 1 guy , most of the tenant where trying to leave they couldn't the snow was very high they had their vehicle stuck in the snow and went back to park their car, some spent almost 2 hours to get the car out, me and my friend had to help her get her car out and continue shoveling the snow and

I just recently moved here and I like it here so far! Neighborhood is very quiet. The walls in the apartments are thick so you can’t really hear your neighbors. Most of the people living here don’t have kids, so this is a great place to live if you’re not a fan of children. I have seen some complaints about maintenance on here, but I haven’t had any issues with the maintenance people. They have fixed any problems I’ve had with my apartment and now everything in my home is running fine!

The maintenance and management of the apartment have been significantly lacking. Upon moving in, it was evident that the carpet had not been cleaned, and there appears to have been no thorough inspection prior to handover. Numerous issues have arisen, yet attempts to communicate these concerns have been met with no substantial response or action.

Management are the worst. Very rude and disrespectful. It takes them a great amount of time to reply to emails or get simple things done. The apartments are getting old and hard to maintain, it was nice to live at pinetree few years ago but not anymore. Finally, I suggest looking for other available options.
