Pines at Rapid

This apartment complex is my first since I was living in California a long, long, long time ago. I feel so grateful to be here and call this place home. It has a pool, a fire pit outside, fireplaces in the entryway and 2 in the community room, comfortable apartments and an elevator for those (like myself) who find it difficult to take the stairs, and some community events to try to foster getting together and feeling like you're actually at home with family. There are fast food places nearby, shopping, a gas station, and downtown is just a short distance away. The residents here are so amazing and friendly, the staff do their best to ensure that needs are taken care of, and they do an amazing job. The ONLY thing I would say that I would love to see here is a hot tub, and maybe a gazebo to

Christina has been awesome! We moved from out of state and she went above and beyond to make our move as easy as possible. She knows her stuff! We also love our new home and the other residents are very friendly!

I have lived here for 8 years and the new Property Management is not up to par. They have no respect for the tenants or the property. Maintenance requests will not be answered even after multiple requests and nothing will be done on there own. Trust me on this.... look elsewhere for your home in Rapid City. They take care of the main building. The other 4 buildings are highly neglected

We love it here at the Pines! The location is great, close to Catron Blvd., South Walmart, Big D, Taco Bell, Pizza Ranch n ARBY'S. From the security to the elevator to the nice & spacious community room to the warm pool! Oh! They accept pets here too. Happy Birthday Princess Lilly Rose!!

We lived at the pines for two years and for the most part it was nice, until we moved out. They did not show up to our inspection and have not returned our security deposit even though we had it cleaned and the carpets professionally cleaned. We called the office many times and waited at the office for hours for our inspection. Edit: The pines has yet to return out security deposit and has not answered dozens of calls and emails regarding this issue, even though our unit was completely clean and undamaged and the carpet was professionally cleaned. Their voicemail box is full and they never return my calls.
