Pinehurst Apartments

I couldnt even give it a star. I have lived here for 3 yrs and worked for the landlord/owner. There are many units with roaches and mold. There hasn't been an exterminator here in almost 3 yrs. The swimming pool hasnt been open in 5 years. The landlords wife is the most rude, ignorant and unprofessional woman I have ever met. I cannot wait to leave thia complex. STAY AWAY!!!

I had a one bedroom apartment. I loved the layout. It had a large kitchen and large bedroom with walk-in closet. I only gave it 2 stars because owner who was also the manager turned out to be a real jerk after me living there for 7 years!

Wondering if there are any units available in January. I've tried the number attached to this Google profile and it goes to voicemail, which is full. Can someone reach out toe with a better way to reach management? Thanks.

Don't have maintenance people and swimming pool is not open to public because health department closed the pool because the ph level was not to there perfection and the landlord don,t do background checks on anybody before renting to them the landlord waits till everybody is moved out of there apartments to fix what,s wrong on the inside of the apartments the landlord won,t fix nothing while the tenets are living in these apartments us renters have to suffer with the nasty condition,s that these apartments are like
