PineGate Apartments

We live here for 3 months now and i can say that it is a safe place. We are a family with small kids and they have playground and swimming pool that is very convenient from my apartment. Maria and her team are very responsive. Also with the maintenance team. Last time they organized a back to school swimming party and the management grilled some hamburgers and hotdogs with chips, popsicles and cupcakes that the kids really enjoyed. Overall i can say that we are happy that we found this place as our first apartment here in NC

We lived on this property for about 3 years. Pros: • Safe, very convenient, and affordable, especially great for students since they offer a utility package, which really helped us with our bills. • Only 2 minutes drive (or a short walk) to Wegmans. • 10–15 minutes to Sam’s Club, Target, and Asian market. Half a mile from I-40. • 5 minutes to Walmart, FedEx, UPS, Starbucks, and Marshalls. • 5–10 minutes to Whole Foods. • Bus stop right in front of the property, takes about 20–30 minutes to get to UNC. • We never had a package lost or stolen, maybe only once when a driver dropped it at the wrong location. Sometimes we left packages outside for days and they were still there. • The neighbors are very nice and friendly. • Maintenance is super responsive, and the ladies in the office are alwa

I’ve been living at PineGate Apartments for about two and a half weeks now and it’s been a pretty good experience overall! Abria in the leasing office has been really helpful, staying in touch and helping resolve any issues. Maria, the owner, has also been very responsive. There were a few minor issues upon move-in, but Mario from maintenance took care of them quickly, and Abria also kept in contact to make sure everything was resolved. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and I feel comfortable here. Thanks to Abria, Maria, and Mario!

Unsafe environment, rampant car break-ins, zero accountability from management, extreme inflexibility regarding residents concerns. I’m writing this review to strongly caution any potential renters about the critical safety failures and deeply troubling management practices at this complex. The number one concern here is safety, which is nonexistent. The property has experienced multiple car breaks -in recently, including an accident where my brand new vehicle was targeted and broken into . This is not a random occurrence; it is a persistent, documented security failure that management has consistently failed to address with any meaningful action or increased security measures. Management (Maria) was very friendly and helpful during the leasing process and our move which was tricky due to back to back winter storms. Jhonny and Mario were quick and responsive in getting our apartment ready despite the unusual circumstances.
