There are many ai reviews here. Living here after the new management took over became unbearable. They turned a peaceful place to live where very little of note happened. Where families gathered in courtyards, kids would play and parents wouldn't worry-- into somewhere children aren't welcome, and instead screaming college students through the night, loud motorcycles and generally no respect for anyone who lives there is totally fine. They do not care about the people who live there. If you plan to move in prepare to be a product to be worked over. They're going to keep installing things and making you pay for it. They're going to keep raising prices in the laundry room without warning. This is what this company does to make money. So happy to not be living here anymore.

This property has severe safety problems, and I strongly urge all tenants to stay vigilant and pay close attention to their surroundings. With winter here, many of us warm up our cars in the morning. Please be extremely careful. A few days ago around 8 AM, I started my car to heat it and stepped back inside my apartment for less than five minutes. When I came back, the driver’s seat had been moved, and my screen was showing that it was “connecting” to something. Clearly, someone had been inside my car and tampered with it. This wasn’t an isolated event. I’ve seen the same individual near my car on multiple mornings, and the moment he realizes someone is watching, he walks away. What’s even more alarming is that the group was still in the parking lot this morning looking for target cars.

Renters beware - they advertise safety and “controlled access” but they don’t really enforce it. The door codes are given out to all potential renters. One person even posted a review here with the door code listed to the building they were being shown and management still didn’t change the door code. One time I was smoking in my car and from the parking lot I could see a man checking every door on one side of the building to see if they were unlocked, then move onto the building right next to it to check more doors. Not only that, but there’s a problem with car break ins as well. Police are here every couple months to patrol the parking lots due to numerous reports of theft and suspicious activity. Ellah, who works in the office, was very attentive to me. She answered every question I asked sincerely and was very helpful. In any case, I'd been debating for 10 days whether this apartment or that one would be right for me. But she patiently took care of me. Thank you. I think the management of this complex is fantastic; they made me so happy before I even moved in. I'm so glad I chose them.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Mr. Tito is great at maintaince over here at Meadowbrook. He came promptly after I submitted a work order and he fixed several thing's per my list via walk through as a new tenant.
