Pinebrook Apartments

I lived at Pinebrook Apartments for 12 months. Quiet neighbors, but that’s the only positive. How the property is managed is what makes it bad at times. There are zero amenities. A “community building/gym” has been under construction behind my apartment since before I moved in and is still unfinished. Laundry is almost $6 per load, yet a one-bedroom with no washer/dryer costs around $2,499-$2,600, which is extremely overpriced. Management is unresponsive and you have to constantly chase them around if you want to address a concern to them in urgent situations as they constantly close early due to various reasons . Maintenance issues take all day to fix—I had a major hot water leak reported at 8 a.m and the lady in the office told me the maintenance guy was “ stretched thin” between othe

I lived in Pinebrook Apartments for 18 months and it was one of the best places I stayed at ! I love the area, it is super quiet, peaceful and safe. The complex is as well. Most people living there are either professionals or small size families. No one bothers anyone, you hardly see your neighbors ever. My apartment was so beautiful and clean. All my appliances were fairly new. I hardly required maintenance done. My apartment was in the heart of the complex, so I never had to deal with street noise, if any, or hot summer days. You have an assigned parking spot and ample street parking. Plenty of shopping stores within walking distance (cvs, Starbucks, lucky, gas stations, fast food, etc..) Unit 146 Review: 1 Bed/1 Bath (3rd Floor near Fremont Blvd) | Lease: 1 Year | Unit Rating: 3/5 | Apt Rating: 4/5 The biggest drawbacks to this unit were noise and heat. Noise: It is extremely loud due to its proximity to Fremont Boulevard. You will CONSTANTLY hear street traffic, frequent, loud sirens (Fire/FPD), and often cars racing day/night. Interior noise from parallel neighbors was minimal (residents are quiet), but you CAN hear showering or loud movies. HVAC/Heat: HVAC is a major issue: there is no A/C. The unit retains heat well (great for winter), but the summer months (April–September) were brutally hot and uncomfortable, even at night. Reasonable price, nice apartments and friendly staffs. Lucky supermarket is across the street and 99 Ranch Market is nearby, Regan nursery is really nice place to visit. Next to the apartment is West Ridge Park. Unlike other apartments, after 1 year lease, the month by month rate is very friendly only a little bit higher. Other apartments charge you almost twice to force you to renew or get out. No AC but first floor in my building is nice and cool. If you need high speed internet, AT&T Fiber is available in this apartment complex, no other ISP in the area can be as good. I am very scatter brained and I have been forgotten to lock my door and my car, I haven't had any issue.
