We had a good experience with Mike from this company. We had the most difficult situation that others would not even deal with. But Mike went out of his way after hearing our problem and took us on with no reservation. I thank God for the help we got from him in one of the most difficult times of our lives. He was not just professional, but he was kind, considerate, compassionate, understanding, and stood by our sides the whole time we needed their services. I cleaned my friends apartment for her and her and another gal seen it and they screwed her out of her deposit..I have rented many times and after I clean the deposit has always been returned along with a letter of recommendation

We rented 2 properties from Pine Valley in 2021/2022. Both properties fit our needs and expectations. In one property, the dishwasher started leaking shortly after move in. After we notified them of the issue, it was corrected promptly. A few weeks later we noticed the water heater was leaking. The water heater was replaced within 24 hours. One call was all that it took for each issue and we appreciated the response. Bill Stotts

Took our credit check fee then told us we didn't make enough money when their lease quoted was $800/month less than we are currently paying! We don't qualify to SAVE $800/month? Thanks for nothing, A-holes.

Absoloutly horrible. Was next in line for a rental, paid the app fee, turned in my app, they said everything was good to go, to call back the next day to finalize. I called and a woman answered. The previous day I had spoke with a man named Harley. She was absoloutly the most rude and unapologetic person I had ever spoken to, as she proceeded to tell me it is rented out. I asked to speak with Harley. She told me he is not here today. Hung up. I called back and who else answers but Harley. He claims he doesn't remember speaking with me, or much less who I am. He then proceeds to hangup. I am now out more money, and out a place for me and my little girl. I will never step foot anywhere near this establishment ever again.
