DO NOT use this company. They are very unhelpful and have no idea what they are doing. A guy by the name of Marty came out to give me an estimate on the value of my house. He was very rude and unprofessional. He said the value was $80,000. I then called another local realtor and he came out and ended up listing it and selling for $150,000+ I could have potentially lost out on over $70,000, do your research. This company needs to be shut down.

I can't express my gratitude for Marty! Through the entire process, all my questions and concerns were resolved. And in a timely manner. Getting a home in this market has been difficult and without Marty, well, I wouldn't have a home to live in. If you are in need of a realtor who has your best interests in mind, who responds in a timely manner and is aggressive and knowledgeable enough to negotiate for you, I highly recommend Marty with Four Star Real Estate!

NO STARS for Four Stars Real Estate. My handicapped brother is having to fight for his approximately $1000 deposit from this business. My brother hired and paid out of his own pocket to install underground water system for watering the lawn, he paid to have a new toilet installed, he hired out for lawn care and paid for cleaning services twice weekly. He had no pets and lived alone. No damage was done to this house. This business is too hard to deal with, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

I was within ten days of closing and the lender, (Kara Currey from First Colony Mortgage) messed up with my loan which had already been approved). The seller had accepted my offer but the appraisal later came in lower than my offer. In a case like this, you need to renegotiate the offer because the lender will only give a loan on what the house is appraised at. Obviously, Martin Justus. who represented myself and the seller had another buyer whose loan would go through easier than mine. He called me and told me that if I tried to renegotiate at the appraised price and my loan didn't go through, that I would lose my $1,000 earnest money. I didn't want to lose this, so I did what Martin Justus suggested and terminated my contract. The next day I saw that he had sold the house to someone els

Let me tell you about Marty Justus, the owner. He is the most honest person and he went above and beyond to help us get our dream home! I always worried that I would get "gypped" by a realtor. Marty changed my idea of that. He even set me up with Guild Mortgage, which was a dream to work with. HIGHLY recommend you get Marty to help you!
