Pine Tree Park Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They have roach and mice problems, The piping is always having issues so your toilet gets stopped up often, People are doing fentanyl and real hard drugs in this building and landlord does nothing about it. The Hallways are so narrow and small that there’s no space. Property Managers do not care people will put their garbage right in the hallway and not take it to the dump dumpster and all they do is put up signs

I just moved in 8/29/25 so far I love it. The neighbors are nice. They have the grilling area. Management was so helpful with move in process. The unit I have is spacious plenty of kitchen space. I love it here so far.

Edith and her team helped me through the process of picking out my first apartment - she answered all my questions, and any messages or emails I left were responded to promptly. As of May 2025, they’re still offering free rent for your first month’s stay…a place like this would be over fifteen hundred dollars a month, where I come from. I appreciate all y’all’s help!

This is the worst place I have ever lived. I would never recommend anyone to live here. They have treated me badly. I have lived in fear of my neighbors. I have reported problems at the offices and they have never done anything. They have racist staff that discriminate. to people who live with dignity and pay their rent on time.

Groundskeepers do a nice job maintaining the upkeep of the complex. The park definitely needs an upgrade, it is not safe for children and has been that way for months now. * missing boards, loose screws on swing + rust* My complex is always missing a handle for the security door. Hopefully we get key fobs moving forward to prevent this from happening. Personally I want more washers and dryers in the laundry room. Tenants don’t remove their clothes for hours & out of respect we don’t touch anyone’s property. ! Therefore I’ve had to wait 8+ hours for laundry. There aren’t any working cameras on the property which makes me a little uneasy at times. The layout of my apartment is nice and I have not had any issues regarding pests.
