Pine Run Apartments

I’ve been living here for two years and truly love it. I haven’t had a single issue within the community. The neighbors are friendly, and the property is always well maintained. Kayla and Rubin are the best! Kayla is incredibly helpful and always willing to answer any questions I have—she has such a great personality. Rubin gets the job done; anytime I need something, I know without a doubt that he’ll take care of it. I’m very grateful to be part of this community!

I’ve had such a great experience living in this community. Our property manager, Kayla, is truly exceptional!! She’s attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel supported. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s handled it with kindness and efficiency. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Ruben from maintenance. He’s incredibly reliable, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it makes a big difference in the overall quality of life here. Thanks to both Kayla and Ruben, this community really feels like home.

It’s been a challenge getting in contact with the leasing office. I’ve been trying to get in contact for weeks and even went to the location and nothing. They have a system called “Luna” now and it keeps leading me to a dead end.

I really enjoy living here and has by far been the best experience at an apartment complex I’ve ever had. The manager Kayla Treviño is very helpful and make herself available when need it. Anything related to paperwork Jayla makes the process very easy. Ruben Ortiz is in charge of the maintenance every time that I make a maintenance request the issue is taking care in a timely manner in addition it showed how he enjoy his job. It really is by far the best apartments I’ve lived in ever!!!

I wanted to say that my mother has been a tenant of pine run for many years now and I want to say that without Courtney pertilla that place would not be where it is now. She is so amazing at what she does, always helping out in anything we throw at her together with Ariel Melon the maintenance manage, they are such a great team, their services are so up to date and fast everything gets resolve very fast and efficiently. I am glad my mother is there and I feel very safe. Thanks pine run team.
