Pine River Aparments

Went to see the apartment, and the smell was horrible! He showed me the apartment and it was so dirty. He did say someone just moved out so I asked him if I was to move in, would he paint and clean? He said the paint was good for 20 years so no. I thought it was really weird that he said I couldn’t move in until he met my 7 year old daughter

This place is awful. Currently renting and was told to keep quiet after 7pm but I come home after 8pm and the neighbors are blaring music for hours on a Monday night. The whole hallway in the apartment building smells like chemicals. I'm so over this place My door has been vandalized, and the landlord told me not to worry about it. This place makes me feel unsafe with some of the people I live around. Especially the landlord who never wears a shirt.. Currently looking for a new place because right now being homeless would of been a better option than living here. My sliding glass door has been messed up since I lived here and after signing the lease was told by the landlord he wouldn't fix it. I emailed this property in regards to renting an apartment and was told to fill out the pre-app and then call them to schedule a tour. And that is what I did. I was then greeted with "you're calling at 5pm on a Sunday, we're off today, I just answered the phone because it was ringing." One, if you are "off", don't answer the phone because it was ringing. And two, don't treat someone who is looking to rent with you the way you did me. I will most definitely NOT be renting at this place. I have never been so disgusted with a place I have never been before. I would give zero stars if it was possible. I had every intention of leaving a message, because it's what I have been doing all day. Still can not believe what happened. Avoid this place like the plague.

Landlord is quick to jump to assumptions. Yelling at us for "walking too loud" after 10pm. said everyone has to walk on egg shells after 10. does not care about tentes.

We are moving into an apartment here real soon! the place looks really nice and very clean!! The landlord, "Fred Flinstone", is absolutely understanding and down to earth
