If I could give it zero stars, I would. Do not move here. A month after moving in all of my furniture and various other belongings were covered in black mold. They were very rude about it, but legally had to move us to another unit. In that unit, there was a roof leak and black mold also. Neighbors brought roaches into my home and nothing was done about it until after we decided to break our lease. Other neighbors had mice, or so they said. Please don’t bring the stress of this place into your life. Worst place I have ever lived, and would not recommend to anyone.
Does anyone know what the first month rent would be and if so is it move right in or on waiting list and if so how long normally
My brother lives here. They are ok I guess. Small and a little expencive but not horrible.
