Pine Ridge Apartments

Have been living here for a little over six months and I love it here. Management is very helpful and it is a super quiet area. All these reviews about an African American and cupcakes are fake, don’t let them steer you away from looking into renting here! Great kid friendly apartment community.

A kind man offered me cupcakes here, such a nice place!

The landlady is very good at getting back at us whenever we have an issue and communicates with us constantly. She helped us upgrade from a one bedroom to a two bedroom when we asked, and the units were very clean by the time we got the tour. The only downside is that you hear a lot of shouting from the people in the apartment complex across from us, it's a bit hard to find, and it's not as safe as kid friendly as I'd like it to be (I like going on walks with my son) but some people might not mind. It is very close to the freeway, many stores and restaurants so that's also a plus. Overall it's a great place to live and we feel cared for here.

Fantastic! Me and my family got to see a play orchestrated by 3 men out in the parking lot. It was truly one to be remembered. It was called something like "The Cupcake Incident".

Saw some fat dude, a tall ginger and some guy with some sort of face mask arguing over cupcakes. And They must also know a lot about computers and files because they kept mentioning a “PDF File” but that was last year in April. Weird times it was
