🌲Pine Hill Village - Quiet Community tucked away in York, PA

I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team at Pine Hill Village. They are always incredibly helpful and consistently responsive—every request I’ve submitted has been addressed within one business day. Anytime I need assistance, they’re quick to help and make sure everything is taken care of properly. Brandon and Melissa are truly the best and make living here such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Kenneth Washington: My wife, Marjorie, and I have been living at Pine Hill Village Apartments for the past going on 14 years. Post Management has consistently maintained, improved, and upgraded the property and apartment units during this time….. including apartment unit appliances, heating and cooling furnaces that includes regularly changing air filters in the apartment unit air ducts, for health & safety ….. exterior lighting throughout the premises, good waste management ….. trash and garbage disposal provisions through the complex along with ample parking. Very amazing community, which could only be possible thanks to the amazing community manager Kristen! I was skeptical about living in an apartment but the great attitude of the on site staff I was sold. The maintenance team, Brandon and Missy are extremely fast and efficient usually getting the problem fixed within a day. It's a very warm and friendly place that I'm happy to be a part of.

I liked at first but kids loiter on the steps right in front of my house I have no back yard area, I can't sit on my own steps in peace, and you have to watch your step in the grass, maintenance is excellent, but there is no peace after the office manager leaves!!!

Check Pine Hill Apartments if you are looking for a single room or you have a family. Apartments come in different sizes. Cozi and clean apartments. Center location:2-5 mins to Aldi, Walmart, Giant and other grocery stores and restaurants. After two years of living here, I can say that area is quiet which always means good sleep. Neighbors are very respectful. Management is just next door and they are very helpful and responsive for maintenance requests.
