Pine Grove Apartments

Anthony told my daughter time and time again she would be qualified for an apartment. Took a deposit to hold the apartment. It was a month before she got denied and had to call corporate to get answers. We were also told they were running a special in February, but according to corporate there was no February special. They are all liars at that place. And you can never get a hold of anyone in the office, by phone or email. I would never recommend this place to anyone. All games.

Never have maintenance on-site. The turnover rate is extremely high in the office. The property has gone downhill fast since I moved in here. The only positives are all my neighbors have been friendly and the complex does allow all dog breeds.

They charge you when you move out to do things they would already have to do (paint, light bulbs). They're not very nice people and they switch managers so often it's hard to keep up. The security deposit is whatever your rent is, but when you move out they only put half of it towards your "bill". Pathetic.

They are never there I have went to these apartments several times and have not seen them one time.if I were you I wouldn't waste your time going to these apartments
