I called yesterday to inquire some information and the front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she answered the phone I didn’t hear what she said, so I asked her if it was a specific company. She replied in a very rude tone, “ why would I say Briner building if it was a different company” I replied in confusion, “excuse me?” She then huffed and said “no it’s not what can I help you with” I then asked for a manager. She proceeded to act like she didn’t know who to transfer me to, then put me on hold and hung up on me. When I tried to call back she kept sending me to voicemail numerous times never answering the phone. From the voicemail, I was able to get her name, Diana M. You guys should not have people like that representing the company. Extremely rude and unprofess
