Pine Brook Apartments

very spacious apartment, but if u live downstairs you'll hear a noise coming from upstairs like footstep and everything they do,will bother you sometimes when u have sensitive hearing and i saw some pet poop near outside of infront door,we only live here less than a week so i will edit my review soon.but all in all like the apartment its close to my husbands work, no cockroaches as other reviews mention.

I've been living in this apartment community for quite some time now, and I must say, the change in management has been truly remarkable. The new management team has been incredibly attentive, responsive, and dedicated to making positive improvements throughout the property. Maintenance requests are now handled promptly, and the common areas have been given a much-needed facelift. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I'm impressed with the sense of community they have fostered, organizing fun events that bring residents together. It's evident that they genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of their residents. I am delighted with the positive changes and highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed

Pine brook management is shitty management. Hell would be a better place to live rather than this place. Whatever happens dont stay here. You are risking your hygiene and your stress. They have zero support for you. Wish there was negative rating for this place.

First I would like to start off with the fact that this place is horrible. When we moved in things seemed fine until we started ro notice roaches climbing on our walls, oit of our dishwasher and stove. When we contacted management they had someone spray but seemed to make it worse. Then they left us a note saying they woukd have someone spray but if we didnt meet there requirements that we woukd have to pay 75 dollars so when they came to spray we didnt meet expectations. So they charged us twice for us not following there guidelines. We had to deal with it ourselves. For awhile we managed to get rid of them but they made them spray outside the roaches all flooded in and we had nests of roaches. To the point we put in our thirty days. Now we are homeless. They are expensive for a one bedro

Living here has been a terrible experience. Management is incompetent, the laundry room is filthy, and basic living conditions are far from acceptable. When we moved in during the summer, the AC was out for two days, leaving us to endure the heat. Then in the winter, the heater failed, and it took nearly a week to repair. Security is virtually nonexistent—car windows are frequently broken into, and during Thanksgiving, thieves stole tires straight off parked vehicles. The water pressure fluctuates unpredictably, going from scalding hot to freezing cold in seconds while showering. On top of that, the water gets shut off during the day due to constant pipe issues. The frustration never ends, and we are moving out next month. Avoid this place at all costs!
