Pilot Grove Apartments

I moved to this complex in 2010 and after 6 yrs. I decided to move out for too many reasons. This is the worst place to live and I do not recommend this place to a family that hates an irresponsible landlord/management. If you call the office they are never there to answer your phone calls. They have a third party company that answer the phone for them and it is like you never called. They do not call you back or they do not answer to your messages unless you threat them with taking them to court or stopping the rent until they get back to you. They NEVER came to my house to paint, when it is their responsibility to keep the apartment painted. I painted my own apartment because I asked them to do it for several months and they never did. Hey does that drunk guy still work there. He used to be in the Shaw's parking lot he was the rental guy I forgot his name but the guy that was originally there was wonderful but he left a long time ago it's a shame cuz I liked the apartment but they do not take care of it and they never ever used to get the phone never never and that hill in the winter is a nightmare

Lived next door to very noisy neighbors. Had to call police multiple times. Paid full rent as I didn't qualify for section 8. Most tenants smoke. Was seriously injured in a fall on ice because they ran out of ice melt the week before. Fractured elbow. Would have given it a zero but some people living there were nice and has a very nice view. Lots of drugs and loud parties. Would never recommend this place to live

I have reached out multiple times over the course of the past three months and I have heard NOTHING!! Like, nothing. No calls, no emails, nothing. I really need to move and this place looked really great so it was a big let down.

Pricing was misrepresented. Inquired about pricing for 2 bedroom townhouse. After driving an hour to the showing, I found out the townhouse pricing was for low-income only and I would not qualify. Never was this information disclosed to me in our phone conversations.
