Very happy with this company, I was impressed with how detailed the inspection report was. The inspector provided a lot of pictures, with detailed explanation, it made it super easy to read and understand. The website was easy to navigate and the packages were clear and offered a lot for a good price.

You are the worst home inspector Sam. I had to take a cold shower in my new home thanks to you not doing your job and being a liar. Completely unreliable and irresponsible. This could've cause a fire by faulty wiring which was suppose to be inspected by YOU but it was NOT INSPECTED ONLY by pictures. THIS WAS NOT A PROPER INSPECTION IS MY POINT AT ALL. THIS ISN'T OVER EITHER..

I have owned 7 properties, and Sam Grasso is by far the best home inspector I have had. He is thorough, answered all my questions. Hire him, you won't be sorry!
