Pike West Commerce Apartments

I lived in Pike West for 2 years, and I have nothing but a great experience from management, maintenance, and the community as a whole. These apartments are spacious and well maintained. Every time that I put a request for maintenance, the work was performed within 24 hours, all my mail/packages were always accountedn for. Ms. Beth attended me the first day I moved in, and she has been available ever since regarding leasing questions or any other requests regarding the use of the facilities (pool, gym, etc.); more importantly she has responded in a timely and professional manner to any situation I brought up to her. I’ve lived at Pike West for 3 years and am moving out to be closer to work and get a bit more space. Overall, my experience was mostly positive, but there were a few things worth mentioning. Pros: Maintenance was always super fast—most requests were handled same day or next day. Had an issue with the AC once and it was fixed quickly. Any leaks or minor issues were addressed right away. Staff was always friendly and helpful—whether it was with my gate opener or helping me get a garage close to my unit, they made things easy. Cons: The pool situation was frustrating. A lot of non-residents used it, especially in the summer. When I moved in, I was given wristbands for pool access, but no one ever checked them in 3 years. I have lived here since the beginning (10 yrs). I like the fact that there are only 4 buildings, 3 floors high which makes the interaction with staff and maintenance much friendlier. Also, l love the amenities and the events they have. I would highly recommend these apartments!

Excellent apartment tour! The property is well-maintained, and the unit itself is lovely. Mindy was an absolute delight, knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Wonderful first impression!

Added note Mindy is unprofessional and will reply putting your business online I’m not sure she understands the liability she poses to the company she works for by doing this. Luckily I have screenshotted and am reporting her to the fair housing commission. This property is under new management and unfortunately Mindy and Beth actively worked to ensure that they were able to deny applicants based on discriminatory reasons. Mindy is incredibly rude and cut me off mid sentence while I was speaking periodically throughout my time working with her. She was very rude asking questions like “is there a reason that you are in such a rush to move? Is there something your worried about showing up?” I was given the incorrect key twice while trying to see the property and then told that a decision wa
