Pierce helped us remodel our main floor. It could not have turned out better. We love it so much. They were wonderful to work with, they were patient with us when we were stressed about it. The design process was seamless and to see it come to life was amazing. Pierce construction was excellent from beginning to end of our home build. We lived out of state for the entirety of the build and they communicated with us effectively to discuss progress of the project and to relay any deviations that were necessary through the build. Similarly, they worked together with the architectural design company to insure the build aligned with the design goals. The payment system was set up such that completion of one phase was confirmed before release of funds for the next phase. This gave us great confidence that the build schedule was on track even though we were on site infrequently.
