I reached out to Crest Realty interested in one of Garrett’s listings. Before calling, I had already done my numbers and knew the property was within my budget—that’s the only reason I contacted them in the first place. The very first thing Garrett said to me was, “I don’t want to show it to you if you can’t afford this property.” This was said before asking anything about what I do, what my plans were for the property, or even discussing my financial situation. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. As a potential buyer, I expected a basic level of respect and a conversation—not assumptions. If you’re looking for an agent who takes the time to understand clients instead of judging them upfront, this was not my experience here.

I have now bought 2 houses with Aaron's help and have been blown away by his hard work, knowledge, and speed. Buying a house is actually a fun process with him, I miss looking at houses with him. He has such a keen eye and is more detail oriented and knowledgeable than any inspector I have worked with. I would 100% recommend Aaron and all of the awesome staff at Crest Realty. They are wonderful to work with!
