Picnic Lawn Apartments

These apartments are affordable but you get what you pay for. The lawn care company mows and does trim but will also destroy outdoor decor. We usually have to trim shrubs ourselves to access walkways. There are holes and low areas in the yard and parking lot that go unfilled and water pools. Some buildings have nicer tenants than others. If someone chooses to smoke in their unit, you will definitely smell it in yours. Our neighbor uses THC carts. It has been a peaceful place and overall, it works for us . I will say if rent was raised, I would expect maintenance and upgrades. The bathroom tub and sink in our place have both lived a long life. 👀

Good luck getting your deposit back. Tucker family mob pockets your cash and never fixes anything, the apartments smell of urine (I've been In several besides my own) and good luck getting any sort of maintenance. Finally the guy comes to fix our ac and instead blows it up and leaves with the entire apartment stinking of burning plastic. Then doesn't come back for 2 months in the heat of summer. Thanks J. We've been living here for just under a year, and we love it. The appliances seem a little outdated, but everything seems to be kept in good working order, and the few times we've needed maintenance on something, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Extremely reasonable rent, great sized bathrooms, two closets and an attic space for storage, and everything is first floor so it's really accessible for anyone with trouble moving around or for when you're moving large or heavy objects. The grass is kept cut and the bushes trimmed and maintained, and it's quiet. We've decided to renew our lease and stay another year. Overall, I've found it to be a really nice place to live.

The lady in the office who ran my credit application, and charged me $25 to do so, ran the wrong 4 digits on my social, which has now jacked my credit profile for at least 3 months, according to Experian. I'm 53, disabled, and no income with paid, verified rent for 6 yrs at the same place, and they gave my apt to some kid that's 29 and never had his own place before. I'm not only disappointed in their inaccurate tactics, but I'm happen for the 30 yr old who has had NO CREDIT at all. Thanks for taking care of the disabled, who need these apts without steps.👍🙄✌️

Have an animal? Pay the 300+ dollar a month fee. Leave after cleaning meticulously the run down apartment? No deposit. So where did all that money go, Tucker family? Where did it go?
