Whiskey River

Living at Whiskey River was awesome! The only reason we moved was due to a job change and moved back home to Ky. Khyla, Jessica and Phil were professional, prompt, helpful and we considered them friends. Wayne who works for trash service was so sweet and thoughtful to everyone at our complex. Our apartment was gorgeous and we are going to miss it a lot. Those views!!!

Perfect place for our needs while in transition from selling our home and eventually finding our forever re retirement home. We enjoyed our stay. Duke our Lab loved the resident pets and said he would Bark here again!

I do not have the app to request maintenance service. Due to personal reasons. So put a note on maintenance door with issues in my unit. 4/6 weeks ago ..no response no communication. If this requires some other response on my part then I need to be communicated as such. And have heard the app had changed .do not recall any updated text of new app. If these issues are not resolved I will have to put future rental charge into an escrow acct until resolution of issues in unit.. Also issue of dogs and their excrement being left. Noticed on multiple occasions of owners not cleaning after animals defecation. If you have a rule then enforce it. Pool issues many occ where have noticed a single leasee having up to 10 member family or friends taking over the whole pool and deck areas as well as

After one week, I'm extremely pleased with Whiskey River! Move- in experience went well, and apartment is very satisfactory also! Kayla was very personable and made the move-in experience much less stressful, even though as we all know, moving can be overwhelming and highly stressful to begin with! Residents are pleasant and for the most part quiet and respectful 🙏! Maintenance team are outstanding as well! Thanks to All!!
