Picerne is a great family owned business who show through their work that they truly care about their clientele. The staff that I’ve encountered are always very friendly and ready to help in any way! The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because I love the location of my apartment at Reggatta Point. However, upon moving in, the air conditioning wasnt working, our shower drains were clogged, shower heads were missing, there was nail polish stain all inside a bathroom drawer, keys don't work in any of the facilities and we have called about all these problems multiple times and only half have been fixed and I've lived in this apartment for 3 months now. The worst part about this company is they make you mail in your rent check or drive all the way out to their office every month to give it to them. I'm sorry but most people live paycheck to paycheck so they can't have it mailed by the 3rd nor do I have the time to drive 25 mins out of my way to their office every month. There's a
