The team with Photo Inspect were so thorough and educational. As someone who is relatively new to owning and caring for a home, I took in all the advice I could while they were inspecting the house. The official report they provided was so helpful (much better than the one I received for the house I'm now selling). I felt so much better knowing how much time and effort they put in. Highly recommend working with them!

I didn't think I could get excited about a home inspection, but after getting a sub-par one two years ago, I cannot say enough about the level of detail Photo Inspect put into theirs! They went above and beyond to ensure we understood every nuance of the house, as it's very different than the one we're moving from (has things like well water, HVAC, irrigation, etc). Aside from their professionalism and attention to detail, they were also easy to talk to and more than willing to answer the countless questions we had for them. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an inspection in the area!

These guys have no idea what they are doing... Their inspection report was riddled with inaccuracies and falsehoods. In addition, the TWO inspectors that were sent out were interns not even fully licensed inspectors. All of their "findings" were disproven by simply referencing building codes and with the use of a tape measure. Filed a complaint with Department of Consumer Protection. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have used Photo Inspect three times and am very happy with their work, timeliness and professionalism. I’ve called them on a Saturday or Sunday and I get a call right back. Great people & great quality!
