Had a wonderful experience with Joe selling my Condo and buying a new Condo. Joe hung in there with me over an almost 2 year period of time to complete these 2 deals that were complicated. His patience and understanding and willingness to assist in all aspects of the deals was truly remarkable, even down to help in finding a mover. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Joe. Joe was patient with us throughout our search for a home and a steady voice through closing. He helped us buy what we hope to be our forever home, but if we ever felt the need to move again, Joe would be getting a text from us. He always made himself available and all the professionals he recommended along the way (inspector, attorney, etc.) were just as helpful, professional, and reassuring as he was.
