Phoenix Management Company has been, without question, one of the WORST HOA management companies our community has ever dealt with. Even after being fired they continued trying to collect money from homeowners — they even told homeowners that they were still contract!!!!!!! A move that felt completely inappropriate, misleading, and flat-out unacceptable. The level of confusion and frustration they caused in our neighborhood is unbelievable. Their communication is chaotic at best, and their professionalism is virtually nonexistent.
