The team at Phoenix Management provided exceptional support. During my recent Service with Francesca Desvarieux she is very helpful, the office is located in Greenacres, Fl. Their attention to detail and proactive communication kept us ahead of every deadline. They don't just provide a service; they act as a strategic partner committed to our success. Do NOT let your HOA hire this company. They are the worst, most unprofessional management company I have ever had to deal with in over 25 years. Why? Where to start....1) Turnover - they have a high turnover rate, which means we never have access to a consistent property manager. Perhaps they are not a great company to work for, which would explain the turnover. 2) They make up excuses and flat out lie to us. As a board member and an active member in our community, we constantly document, and email them, with requests. Despite having written documentation, they deny our requests and claim they have never seen our requests. 3) They don't send people to our property, or our HOA meetings. 4) They bill a large amount each month, AND, they also charge us for every little expense like photocopyi

Phoenix is a very unprofessional HOA management. They always transfer you out to someone who never answers or returns emails. The receptionist answering the phone also is very rude, unprofessional and used explicit language directed at me. Wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy

Extremely unprofessional company. High turnover, so no one working ever knows anything. Absolutely the worst when it comes to communication as well. Outdated forms. Still in absolute disbelief that HOA communities pay these people for such low quality services.

Every time I call Phoenix and Ms. TEKEIA answers the phone or I physically go to the Phoenix office she always answers the phone very professional and she is willing to help you she goes above and beyond to help. Thanks Ms. Tekeia God bless you and you have a wonderful week!
