143 Woodbine - Rats, Feces, Dirty, Drug ridden property. Owner has not taken responsibility for anything regarding the property since I took residence. He now owes me 70 dollars and refuses to pay it back. His staff is rude and obnoxious. Ann-Marie and Joyce. They refuse to return phone calls and dont care about anything. Real POS.
