Phoenix Apartments

These apartments have REALLY gone down! Grounds are unkept. Pets void all over the sidewalk and maintenance is unqualified to make repairs. This complex has gone up HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN RENT. No Amenities and pool has been closed for YEARS! Residents make service requests with no answer and nothing is being done. They charge THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN RENT and only keep the front of the property litter free and painted. After making service requests they will NOT COME TO MAKE REPAIRS if you are of a different race. These apartments are not worth the money and I would not recommend them to ANYONE! In the back of the building looks like a GHETTO! TRASHY and UNPAINTED with clothes hanging on the building and blinds are torn up. Don't waste your money on The Phoenix Apartments in Homestead Flor

Really nice. My only issue/suggestion is to PLEASE open up the pool and we need better security. Security is a HUUUUGEEE problem . But the apartments are really nice and spacious.

One of the cleanest apartment complex I’ve lived in. Going on 4yrs and I don’t wanna move. The complex is real quiet, morning, noon and night. The ladies in the office are very nice and friendly always aim to please, not to mention their maintenance crew. Always willing to help. They get my 5star rating because they go above and beyond for their residents and that’s what matters the most. Always giving back, if it’s not a bbq in the summer it’s their back to school drive. I’ll recommend moving here to anyone. 💕💕💕💕💕

Terrible place with the rudess people I've ever met working in the office. They will get you in assure you everything is great when in reality they take preference towards certain people. And make false reports to break contract and not renew lease even if you've been there for years paying rent on time. Got to feel sorry for their ignorance. Good luck to anyone that makes a mistake by getting an apartment there.

I've been living here going on two years I honestly don't have any complaints . Office management is very easy going & anytime I need anything done it's completed on time . Zulay and Sasha are the best .
