Pheasant Run Apartments

Cute apartment, spacious floor plan, quiet community, in a convenient location. Moving can be stressful, but Lyra was so kind and helpful making sure we had a smooth move-in process. Love it so far!

Update 2 As of November 1st i have yet to receive any response for them to repair the frame of the door. No calls or emails were ever received, i was informed that they were going to reach out to schedule when to finish the fix but have not. There is a very noticeable draft coming in from under the door as well as around the edges of door. The draft is noticeable from across the living room and is making it very hard to heat the apartment with the use of the built-in heating as well as a space heater Update 1 They have now "fixed" the door and by fixed they have put wood around it. Making it look way cheaper than it did before. Just white painted 2x4 basically with screws sticking out and not flush or even with the other pieces. I’ve lived here for a couple years now and absolutely love it. The area is maintained very well throughout the year, the office is transparent about upcoming events or construction/snow removal. The apartments are walking distance from many businesses and grocery stores. You also have multiple access points to the thruway. Not too far a drive from Boston, MA and the White Mountains up north. The community is great, with plenty of parking available. Fantastic response time for work orders.

I'm very pleased with the maintenance support at the apartment and truly appreciate the staff's efforts in keeping the community cleaner and safer. I also value the recent initiative by management to take firm action against unauthorized parking. It would be great to see additional measures put in place to ensure that each family has at least one designated parking spot near their building, as this would help avoid the inconvenience of searching for parking?especially during late evenings.

I recently moved in August 2 to a studio apartment at Pheasant Run Apartments. So far so good knock on wood. My apartment is so nice and clean. It’s everything that I was looking for. The leasing staff are super friendly and helpful. Absolutely love talking to those ladies in the office. I haven’t had any maintenance issues, but I’m sure when it comes time they will be help. One of the things that I love most about my apartment is how quiet and peaceful it is. I work two jobs and it’s very important to come home to a quiet home. I can honestly say that I am 100% happy that I have decided to live here Pheasant Run Apartments for my new home. Before moving in, I did a lot of research and went to different Apartment buildings.
