I moved in less than a month ago and have had problems from day one. First, I was given the wrong mailbox key and it took over two weeks to get the correct one. I was not given a laundry card to use the machines and that also took over three weeks. My car was towed because I was not given a parking permit. I have put in two maintenance request for things that were supposed to be completed prior to me moving in and after scheduling an appointment with maintenance to show up two days ago, he never showed up and have not seen or heard from him since. The property manager always says she will take care of things tomorrow, but never does. Would not live here. Management is terrible, they can never keep a set property manager or company. I lived here for over a year, maintenance does not do their job before I moved out I had so many maintenance repairs required for over 4 months and nothing was done when STILL , nor does staffing. It's dirty, floors, hallways, elevator, stairs, even the outside area. They do absolute nothing about it. It's a dangerous area to live in also, there's ton's of homeless people at night time sleeping around and trying to getting. Neighbors are dangerous people too, will steal your packages, mail, belongings, turn your power off in garage, damage your car, and ect. Rent is high, but nothing is up to date. Was here for a year & management was fine when we moved in. Then, a lot of changes started happening. Nobody was in the office for months. Tenants needed maintenance, nobody was answering. After months go by, a new management said everyone owed $400+ for the water & trash bill. Ridiculous!! Parking lot was always full, a lot of cars that will sit there for weeks. Management didn’t do anything about that. Tow trucks NEVER came by. Supposedly they have a cleaning crew every day or something.. but there were always trash around the floors and in elevator. The floor we were on always smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes.. mentioned it to management but they didn’t do anything about it.They don’t care to listen to you.

Terrible management. Absolutely no care for their tenants. They accuse tenants of lying when there is an issue. Management lied to us about there being a mouse problem in the building when we were moving in too. There is almost never enough parking space for all the tenants (despite the fact that the apartments are never filled). The parking lot does not get plowed properly in the winter and tenants would get their cars stuck constantly. Now that we are about to move out they want to bring people in to show the apartment without giving us a full 24 hour notice. The apartment and location is beautiful, but the management has made it unbearable.

I moved in on October 7th. Since January I have been begging for my internet, life and safety. Trust me, on my life so not ask head management, staff or any part of Global Health Link Inc. They managed this company minimally, as they were concerned about what money they made. Staff- Guy came to check me. Immediately he went downstairs and complained to Margarite. I listened to him tell her, “ I will be evicted”. Gerd? Don’t call for him! He will pretend with a smile, yet he will not.
