Very sad situation. I am in an apartment where the heating system has not worked since moving in (September 2023). I have 2 small space heaters and no feedback on when the problem will be fixed. Smh

By far the worst experience I've had with this company for the start. The noise throughout the night while trying to sleep is unbearable. My daughter, she can't even concentrate on her school work during the day because of the distraction from the noise over top of our head. Just there to collect your rent money and they go home and sleep peacefully in their beds. I shouldn't have to have the thought of spending my money at a hotel just so I can get rest after a long hard work week.

They are the worse , April Merrill is the worse property manager, they don’t care about the safety of tenants they just want their rent money every month, they are barely at the rental office and barely answers texts, calls or emails unless it’s something that can get them in trouble THE WORSE COMPANY EVERRRR!!!!!! They need new staff ASAP!!!!

Number doesn’t work but don’t worry I’ll be down there in person. As long as you’re getting paid you WILL over see your property!!!

This is the worst property management company I've ever seen in my life I had no heat over the winter contacted them they did absolutely nothing now I have no air conditioner refrigerator is going out and stove and can get no one to fix it the worst.
