We just bought a house, and Pete was our guy. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were looking for a condo to rent to a friend. Pete was wonderful to work with, pointing out pros and cons to every condo that he took us to. He addressed his observations not only to us, but to our friend who was with us for each viewing.
