Rented from this man and it was a slum!! He wouldn't fix anything just said he'd pay for anything done and never did. The home had a extremely bad Mouse infestation garage was full of trash which again he said he'd prorate and never did. Removed items that did not belong to him just overall a slum lord!! You can take a look at the horrible conditions of the property located at 210 west miami in paola ks as it still has a red tagged heater and he didn't even care or do anything just left us in danger.
You will never find a better person or realtor to deal with when buying, selling or renting property from this gentleman. He makes you feel special at every turn and knows how to get things done right the first time to get your projects done as quickly as possible. Have used his services several times and would never use anyone else. Thank you Pete Lahner
