Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. A representative named Corrine scheduled a tour with me last Thursday, then rescheduled it to this Thursday at the exact same time. After confirming the appointment, she proceeded to call me five minutes before the scheduled tour while I was already 20 minutes into the drive to tell me the unit I was supposed to tour had already been rented. If the unit was no longer available, that information should have been communicated well before the appointment, not minutes beforehand. This shows a total lack of respect for people’s time and poor internal organization. If this is how they handle prospective tenants, I can’t imagine how they treat current ones.

I’m so sad to be leaving Blackhawk. I’ve lived here for about three years, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Anytime something came up, it was taken care of quickly — no waiting days for help. I truly believe that’s because of the two incredible people who manage the community: Roger Ortega and Korinne McDonald. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. They are easy to communicate with, always willing to work with you, and truly care about the residents. I’ll also really miss all the fun little events they put together. Blackhawk is lucky to have them, and I’m grateful to have called it home for these past few years!! Also the maintenance team always did an incredible job and was so kind and professional every time!!

Bags of dog poop left everywhere on the east side of the property along Franklin Street. I have called several times requesting they do something about this REOCCURRING problem, but nothing ever is.

Lived here for multiple years. The place is poorly built so high utilitiy cost. i was there for over 2 years. i paid a deposit as well as a pet deposit yet i had to pay for new carpets when i moved out? They will nickel and dime you for everything on your way out.

I have lived here for over a year now and I love it. The staff is wonderful. The owner is amazing as well. Everyone here is friendly and considerate of their neighbors. It’s safe and quiet. The grounds and pool are immaculate. Our maintenance team is incredibly good at what they do. Their service and attention to detail is unmatched. Very happy I chose to move here.
