Incredibly Insensitive and Sleazy Tactics I recently received an unsolicited letter from Pete Doty after the passing of my father. He reached out to me solely because public records now show I’m the personal representative of my dad’s estate. Contacting someone in the midst of grieving, trying to pitch real estate services, is not only inappropriate—it feels incredibly sleazy. This is not the kind of professional behavior anyone should support. I already have a trusted real estate broker and don’t need opportunistic cold calls from someone trying to profit off my loss. There are better, more respectful ways to run a business. Reaching out to families during a time of mourning is not one of them.

Pete and his team made the normally stressful house-buying process easy. Pete's knowledge of the Denver metro area was outstanding and his experience helped us make better decisions in an unfamiliar place.
